We also track key body metrics and health markers, allowing us to make informed, data-driven adjustments to your plan. Because the sheet is live, updates happen in real time – meaning your programme evolves with you as you progress.
Every exercise is supported by a video demonstration, ensuring correct technique and confidence when training independently. Optional notes allow you to record feedback, energy levels or challenges, creating an ongoing two-way conversation between you and your coach.
